By using Day Trade U alerts, you agree to the following:

- You use alerts at your own risk

- Seek professional advice for risk management or execution guidance.

Corporate Funded Accounts (CFAs)

Corporate Funded Accounts (CFAs) are proprietary trading accounts funded by our funding partner. Eligibility for a funded account is subject to successfully completing all required steps and evaluations outlined in the Learning Center for your chosen trading level.

Upon successful completion of the required steps, you will be eligible to receive a Corporate Funded Account sized according to the parameters of your trading level. Receipt of a funded account is guaranteed once all qualification requirements have been met.

- The maximum allowable drawdown for all Corporate Funded Accounts is 10%.

- If the account equity reaches or exceeds the 10% drawdown limit (as defined in the funding agreement), all open positions will be automatically flattened (closed), and the account will be paused.

- You are required to maintain strict adherence to all trading rules, risk parameters, and guidelines provided in the Learning Center and the funding agreement.

- All details regarding account sizing, profit-sharing ratios, payout schedules, trading restrictions, and other conditions are governed by the separate Funding Agreement you will receive prior to receiving the funded account.

- Completion of the learning and evaluation steps does not guarantee funding if you violate any terms of service, engage in prohibited trading practices, or fail to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

- Our funding partner reserves the right to conduct final compliance and risk reviews before activating any funded account.

- Funded accounts remain the property of the funding partner. You are granted a limited, revocable license to trade the account in accordance with the program rules.

By participating in the Corporate Funded Account program, you acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk of loss and that you are fully responsible for all trading activity conducted in the funded account.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

To qualify:

- You must execute a minimum of 10 trades related to the alerts during your first 30 days

- Refund request must be submitted before the subscription renewal date

- Maximum refund is the initial subscription payment

- Refund does not include any trading losses.

- If a refund is granted, all subscriptions will be terminated.

- Only one refund is permitted per customer.

Subscription Agreement

Subscribers authorize Day Trade U to charge their chosen payment method every 30 days until cancellation.

Monthly fees already charged are non-refundable, except as permitted by the 30-day guarantee.
